Ingredients
- Paneer-250 gm,
- Capsicum-1/3 cup,
- Spring Onion-1/3 cup,
- Garlic-7 java,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Corn Flour-3 spoon,
- All Purpose Flour-2 spoon,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/4 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt
- Pizza Pasta Sauce-1 spoon,
- Soya Sauce-2 spoon,
- Tomato Ketchup-2 spoon,
- Red Chilli Sauce-1/2 spoon and cooking oil
Method
- Cut paneer into pieces and take in a bowl
- Add 2 spoon all purpose flour, 2 spoon corn flour, salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and mix it
- Add little water and mix it
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Put paneer and fry it.
- Take it out in a plate
- Take one spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add garlic, ginger and green chilli
- Add spring onion and mix it
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add capsicum and mix it
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 spoon pizza pasta sauce, 2 spoon tomato ketchup, 1/2 spoon red chilli sauce and 2 spoon soya sauce
- Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
- Take one spoon corn flour in a bowl, add little water and make a solution
- Add corn flour solution and mix it
- Add water and mix it
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add spring onion, fried paneer and mix it
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- It's ready. Enjoy
