आम चॉकलेट पुडिंग | Learn Mango Chocolate Pudding in just 4 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- Mango-2,
- Cocoa Powder-2 spoon,
- Sugar-7 spoon,
- Milk-1/2 Liter,
- Corn Flour-5 spoon,
- Ghee-2 spoon and
- Vanilla Essence-1 spoon (Optional)
Method
- Take mango in a jar, add 2 spoon sugar
- Add 1/2 glass water and grind it
- Take it out in a pan
- Add 2 spoon corn flour and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon ghee and 1/2 spoon vanilla essence
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Once it is thick, turn off the flame
- Apply oil in a bowl, put stuff and tap it
- Keep it in Refrigerator for 15 mins
- Now take milk in a pan
- Add 3 spoon corn flour, 5 spoon sugar, 2 spoon cocoa powder and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon ghee and 1/3 spoon vanilla essence
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Once it is thick, turn off the flame
- Now take out mango stuff from refrigerator.
- Pour chocolate stuff just prepared over mango stuff.
- Keep it in Refrigerator for one hour
- Take it out in a plate and decorate it with mint leaves
- It's ready. Enjoy
