मैंगो केक | Learn Mango Cake in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | सूजी मैंगो केक | Eggless Mango Cake


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Mango-1,
  • Semolina (Rava)-1 & 1/2 cup,
  • Sugar-1/2 cup,
  • Refined Oil-1/2 cup,
  • Milk-1 cup,
  • Tutti-Frutti-2 spoon,
  • Baking Powder-1 tsp,
  • Baking Soda-1/2 tsp

Method

  • Peel mango and cut into small pieces
  • Take mango pieces in a jar
  • Add sugar and grind it to make mango puree
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add 1/2 cup oil and mix it
  • Add semolina and mix it
  • Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Add little by little milk and mix it
  • Leave it for 10 mins
  • Take a pan, put stand over it, cover the pan and pre heat for 10 mins
  • Now apply oil in a cake tin
  • Put butter paper and again apply oil on it
  • Put batter (cake stuff) and tap it
  • Add tutti-frutti
  • Remove cover from Pan, put cake tin filled with batter, cover it and bake for 35 to 40 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out cake in a plate.
  • Remove butter paper
  • It's ready. Enjoy
