Ingredients
- Mango-1,
- Semolina (Rava)-1 & 1/2 cup,
- Sugar-1/2 cup,
- Refined Oil-1/2 cup,
- Milk-1 cup,
- Tutti-Frutti-2 spoon,
- Baking Powder-1 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Method
- Peel mango and cut into small pieces
- Take mango pieces in a jar
- Add sugar and grind it to make mango puree
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add 1/2 cup oil and mix it
- Add semolina and mix it
- Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Add little by little milk and mix it
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Take a pan, put stand over it, cover the pan and pre heat for 10 mins
- Now apply oil in a cake tin
- Put butter paper and again apply oil on it
- Put batter (cake stuff) and tap it
- Add tutti-frutti
- Remove cover from Pan, put cake tin filled with batter, cover it and bake for 35 to 40 mins on medium flame
- Take it out cake in a plate.
- Remove butter paper
- It's ready. Enjoy
