Ingredients
- Bottle Gourd (dudhi/lauki)-200 gm,
- Onion-1,
- Coriander leaves,
- Green chilli-1,
- Carrot-1,
- Garlic-1tsp,
- Ginger-1 tsp,
- Gram Flour (Besan)-1 cup,
- Rice Flour-2 spoon,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Chat Masala-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- White Sesame Seeds(Til)-2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp,
- Salt and Oil
Method
- Take gram flour in a pan
- Roast for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate and leave for 10 minutes to cool down
- Take grated bottle gourd in a bowl
- Add carrot, coriander leaves, onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic
- Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp white sesame, 2 spoon rice flour, salt, roasted gram flour and mix it
- Make it in the shape of kabab
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Put it and cook on medium flame
- Flip it and cook other side too
- Take it out in a place
- It's ready. Enjoy
