लौकी कबाब |Learn Lauki Kabab in just 3 mins |Terrace Kitchen |Doodhi Kabab | Vegetarian Kebab Recipe


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

 Ingredients

  • Bottle Gourd (dudhi/lauki)-200 gm,
  • Onion-1,
  • Coriander leaves,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Carrot-1,
  • Garlic-1tsp,
  • Ginger-1 tsp,
  • Gram Flour (Besan)-1 cup,
  • Rice Flour-2 spoon,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Chat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • White Sesame Seeds(Til)-2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp,
  • Salt and Oil

Method

  • Take gram flour in a pan
  • Roast for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate and leave for 10 minutes to cool down
  • Take grated bottle gourd in a bowl
  • Add carrot, coriander leaves, onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp white sesame, 2 spoon rice flour, salt, roasted gram flour and mix it
  • Make it in the shape of kabab
  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Put it and cook on medium flame
  • Flip it and cook other side too
  • Take it out in a place
  • It's ready. Enjoy
