Ingredients
- Corn-1,
- Paneer-100 gm,
- Onion-1,
- Carrot-1/3 cup,
- Capsicum-1/3 cup,
- Cucumber-1/3 cup,
- Tomato-1,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Sugar-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Butter-1 spoon,
- Black Salt and salt
Method
- Apply oil on the corn
- Cook on medium flame on gas flame
- Take one spoon butter in a pan and heat it
- Add paneer, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take corn in a bowl
- Add cucumber, capsicum, carrot, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, tomato, paneer, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp fry cumin powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, black salt and lemon juice and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
