कॉर्न पनीर सलाद | Learn Corn & Paneer Salad in just 2 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Healthy Salad


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Corn-1,
  • Paneer-100 gm,
  • Onion-1,
  • Carrot-1/3 cup,
  • Capsicum-1/3 cup,
  • Cucumber-1/3 cup,
  • Tomato-1,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
  • Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • Butter-1 spoon,
  • Black Salt and salt

Method

  • Apply oil on the corn
  • Cook on medium flame on gas flame
  • Take one spoon butter in a pan and heat it
  • Add paneer, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Take corn in a bowl
  • Add cucumber, capsicum, carrot, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, tomato, paneer, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp fry cumin powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, black salt and lemon juice and mix it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
