High Protein Salad | Learn Soyabean Salad just in a min | Terrace Kitchen | सोेया बीन सालाद रेसिपी


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Soyabean (Soaked)-1 cup,
  • Onion-2 spoon,
  • Tomato-2 spoon,
  • Cucumber-2 spoon,
  • Carrot-2 spoon,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Coconut-2 spoon,
  • Lettuce-2 spoon,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
  • Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp

Method

  • Take soaked soyabean in a bowl
  • Add onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, coriander leaves, coconut, lettuce and green chilli and mix it
  • Add 1/2 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, roasted peanut, lemon juice and mix it.
  • Decorate with coconut
  • It's ready. Enjoy
