Ingredients
- Soyabean (Soaked)-1 cup,
- Onion-2 spoon,
- Tomato-2 spoon,
- Cucumber-2 spoon,
- Carrot-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Coconut-2 spoon,
- Lettuce-2 spoon,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
- Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp
Method
- Take soaked soyabean in a bowl
- Add onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, coriander leaves, coconut, lettuce and green chilli and mix it
- Add 1/2 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, roasted peanut, lemon juice and mix it.
- Decorate with coconut
- It's ready. Enjoy
