Ingredients
- Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)-100gms,
- Oats-1 cup,
- Gram flour (Basan)-1/2 cup,
- Curd-1 cup,
- Kalonji (Mangrella)-1/2 tsp,
- Ajwain-1/2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take oats in a jar and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Add gram flour, 1/2 tsp kalonji
- 1/2 tsp ajwain, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
- Add curd and mix it
- Add fenugreek leaves and mix it
- Leave it for 10 minutes
- Heat the pan
- Put batter and spread it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply oil on it and turn it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
