आलू दो प्याज़ा की सब्ज़ी | Learn Restaurant Style Aloo Do Pyaza in less than 4 mins |Terrace Kitchen


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes-250 gms,
  • Onion-3,
  • Capsicum-2,
  • Tomato-2,
  • Gram Flour-1 spoon,
  • Mustard Oil-3 spoon,
  • Curd-2 spoon,
  • Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Mustard-1/2tsp,
  • Fennel Seeds-1/2 tsp,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp and Salt

Method

  • Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add boiled potatoes, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it
  • Fry on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take 2 spoon mustard oil in pan and heat it
  • Add capsicum and onion
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Now put 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp Fenugreek in pan
  • Add onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add tomatoes and salt
  • Mix it, cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 spoon gram flour and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame and add 2 spoon curd and mix it
  • Add 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/2 garam masala powder and mix it
  • Add 1/2 glass water and mix it. 
  • Turn on the flame and cook on medium flame
  • Add cooked onion, capsicum, potatoes, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • It's ready. Enjoy
