- Milk-500 ml,
- Cashew-1 cup,
- Sugar-1/2 cup,
- Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
- Baking Powder-1 pinch
Method
- Take cashew in the jar and grind it
- Take mango in a jar and grind it
- Take milk in the pan and heat it
- Add sugar and cook it
- Add little by little milk powder and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 pinch baking powder and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add mango and mix it
- Turn the flame low
- Add cashew powder and mix it
- Cook on medium flame
- Once it is thick, turn the flame high
- Cook for 5 mins on high flame
- Turn off the flame
- Put butter paper on board
- Put it and spread it
- Add chopped almonds and roll it
- Leave it for 10 mins to cool down
- Cut it into pieces.
