Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs-4,
- Onion-3,
- Capsicum-2,
- Tomato-2,
- Gram Flour-1 spoon,
- Mustard Oil-3 spoon,
- Curd-2 spoon,
- Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Mustard-1/2tsp,
- Fennel Seeds-1/2 tsp,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
- Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
- Sugar-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt
Method
- Take 1 spoon mustard oil in a pan and heat it
- Put eggs, salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, fry it and take it out
- Take 2 spoon mustard oil in a pan and heat it
- Add capsicum and onion
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
- Add onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add tomatoes and salt
- Mix it, cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon gram flour and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame, add 2 spoon curd and mix it
- Add 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix it.
- Add 1/2 glass water
- Turn on the flame and mix it
- Cook on medium flame
- Add cooked onion, capsicum and eggs
- Add salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame and serve it
- It's ready. Enjoy
