छोटी भूख के लिए झटपट मसाला ब्रेड तवे पर बनाए | Learn Masala pav in just 2 mins |Terrace Kitchen
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Pav Bread,
- Onion-2 spoon,
- Tomato-2 spoon,
- Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Carrot-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-1 spoon,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Butter-4 spoon,
- Pav Bhaji Masala-2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp and Salt
Method
- Take 2 spoon butter in a pan and heat it
- Add onion and green chilli
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add tomato, capsicum and carrot and mix it
- Add salt and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp pav bhaji masala and mix it
- Add water and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix it
- Cut the pav and put in Pan
- Apply butter and turn it
- Cook on medium flame
- Put masala on it
- Add onion and coriander leaves
- It's ready. Enjoy
