सूजी के दही वड़े | Learn Dahi Vada in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Instant Dahi Bhalla with Rawa


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Semolina (Suji)-1 cup,
  • Curd-1 cup,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Baking Soda-1/4 tsp,
  • Salt and cooking oil
  • Fry Cumin Powder,
  • Red Chilli Powder,
  • Black Salt,
  • Curd-1 cup

Method

  • Take semolina in a bowl
  • Add curd, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
  • Take curd in a bowl and 2 cup water and mix it
  • Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp fry cumin powder and 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix it
  • Add some water and mix it
  • Add green chilli, ginger and baking soda and mix it
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Make small ball of batter 
  • Fry on medium flame
  • Take it out
  • Put it in curd solution
  • Keep it for half an hours in the curd solution
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Add curd, fry cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, green chutney, imli chutney and pomegranate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
