Ingredients
- Semolina (Suji)-1 cup,
- Curd-1 cup,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Baking Soda-1/4 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
- Fry Cumin Powder,
- Red Chilli Powder,
- Black Salt,
- Curd-1 cup
Method
- Take semolina in a bowl
- Add curd, salt and mix it
- Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
- Take curd in a bowl and 2 cup water and mix it
- Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp fry cumin powder and 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix it
- Add some water and mix it
- Add green chilli, ginger and baking soda and mix it
- Heat oil in a pan
- Make small ball of batter
- Fry on medium flame
- Take it out
- Put it in curd solution
- Keep it for half an hours in the curd solution
- Take it out in a plate
- Add curd, fry cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, green chutney, imli chutney and pomegranate
- It's ready. Enjoy
