Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour-1 cup,
  • Sugar Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Milk-1/2 cup,
  • Instant Coffee-1 spoon,
  • Baking Powder-1 1/2 spoon,
  • Melted Butter-4 spoon,
  • Cocoa Powder-2 spoon

For Lava

  • Sugar Powder-3/4 cup,
  • Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Hot water-3/4 cup

Method

  • Pre heat the pan for 15 mins on medium flame
  • Take all purpose flour in a bowl
  • Add sugar powder, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix it
  • Add coffee, milk, melted butter and mix it
  • Pour this batter in a cake tin and spread it
  • Now take sugar powder in a bowl, add cocoa powder, hot water and mix it
  • Pour it slowly on cake tin.
  • Now Put cake tin the pre heated pan.
  • Cook for 35 to 40 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate.
  • Decorate with ice-cream and cherry
  • It's ready. Enjoy
