Cabbage Pakoda
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Cabbage-200 gms,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves-1/3 cup,
- Ginger-2 inch,
- Dosa Batter-2 cup,
- Salt,
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Kalonji(Mangrela)-1 tsp,
- Carom Seeds(Ajwain)-1 tsp,
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Take cabbage in the bowl
- Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, dosa batter, kalongi, chilli flakes, carom seeds and salt and mix it
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry on medium flame
- Turn it
- Once it turns Golden in color, take it out
- It's ready. Enjoy
