Cabbage Pakoda


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) 

Ingredients

  • Cabbage-200 gms,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/3 cup,
  • Ginger-2 inch,
  • Dosa Batter-2 cup,
  • Salt,
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • Kalonji(Mangrela)-1 tsp,
  • Carom Seeds(Ajwain)-1 tsp,
  • Cooking Oil

Method

  • Take cabbage in the bowl
  • Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, dosa batter, kalongi, chilli flakes, carom seeds and salt and mix it
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry on medium flame
  • Turn it
  • Once it turns Golden in color, take it out
  • It's ready. Enjoy
