Muskmelon Coconut sweet
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Muskmelon-1/2 kg,
- Desiccated Coconut-1 cup,
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Cornflour-2 tsp
Method
- Remove seeds from muskmelon
- Peel it and cut into pieces.
- Add sugar, grind it and stain it
- Now add 1/2 cup water, add cornflour and mix it
- Put in the pan, stir it and cook on medium flame
- Once It is thick, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Apply oil in a bowl and pour it.
- Keep it in the freeze for an hour
- Take it out from freeze, pour desiccated coconut over it
- It's ready. Enjoy
