Muskmelon Coconut sweet

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) 

Ingredients

  • Muskmelon-1/2 kg,
  • Desiccated Coconut-1 cup,
  • Sugar-1 cup,
  • Cornflour-2 tsp

Method

  • Remove seeds from muskmelon
  • Peel it and cut into pieces.
  • Add sugar, grind it and stain it
  • Now add 1/2 cup water, add cornflour and mix it
  • Put in the pan, stir it and cook on medium flame
  • Once It is thick, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Apply oil in a bowl and pour it.
  • Keep it in the freeze for an hour
  • Take it out from freeze, pour desiccated coconut over it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
