Methi Leaves Breakfast

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) 

Ingredients

  • Rava (Suji)-1 cup,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Fenugreek (Methi) leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Ajwain-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Oil,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp

Method

  • Take rava in the bowl
  • Add curd, fenugreek leaves, 1 tsp ajwain, salt and 1/2 cup water and mix it
  • Leave it for 15 mins
  • Add water and mix it
  • Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
  • Heat pan
  • Add some oil and spread it
  • Put the batter over it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply oil on it, turn it
  • Cook it till it turns golden color from both sides
  • Take it out of the plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
