Swiss Roll




Ingredients;

  • Parle-G biscuits-1 pc 
  • Desiccated Coconut Powder- 1/3,
  • Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Milk-4 spoon,
  • Sugar Powder-4 spoon,
  • Milkmaid (condensed milk)-2 spoon
  • Cocoa Powder-2 spoon

Method

  • Put biscuits in the mixie jar and grind it and stain it
  • Add sugar powder and cocoa powder and stain it
  • Add milk and make a dough (brown)
  • Now take desiccated coconut powder, milk powder and milkmaid in a separate bowl and mix it, add 1 spoon milk, mix and make dough (white)
  • Now keep plastic over board
  • Put brown dough on it, press it and and roll it.
  • Now put white dough and spread and roll it. (for more clarity, watch video)
  • Fold it
  • Put it in the aluminum foil and fold it
  • Keep it in the fridge for an hour
  • After one hou, take out from fridge and cut it into pieces.
