Swiss Roll
Ingredients;
- Parle-G biscuits-1 pc
- Desiccated Coconut Powder- 1/3,
- Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
- Milk-4 spoon,
- Sugar Powder-4 spoon,
- Milkmaid (condensed milk)-2 spoon
- Cocoa Powder-2 spoon
Method
- Put biscuits in the mixie jar and grind it and stain it
- Add sugar powder and cocoa powder and stain it
- Add milk and make a dough (brown)
- Now take desiccated coconut powder, milk powder and milkmaid in a separate bowl and mix it, add 1 spoon milk, mix and make dough (white)
- Now keep plastic over board
- Put brown dough on it, press it and and roll it.
- Now put white dough and spread and roll it. (for more clarity, watch video)
- Fold it
- Put it in the aluminum foil and fold it
- Keep it in the fridge for an hour
- After one hou, take out from fridge and cut it into pieces.
