Rava Cake
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Rava(suji)-1 1/2 cup,
- Milk-1 cup,
- Sugar Powder-1 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Ghee-1/2 cup,
- Tutti Frutti-2 spoon,
- Raisins-2 spoon,
- Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/4 tsp
Method
- Take ghee and curd in bowl, and mix it
- Add sugar powder and mix it
- Add rava and mix it
- Add some milk and mix it
- Add baking powder and baking soda and mix it
- Keep it for 10 minutes
- Now pre heat the cooker, Put salt and stand
- Remove gasket and whistle
- Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
- Now add milk, tutti frutti and raisins in the batter and mix it
- Put butter paper in a cake tin
- Put butter paper on its side
- Put ghee in the cake tin
- Pour cake batter and tap it
- Add some tutti frutti and raisins on the top
- Place it in hot cooker and cover with lid
- Bake for 1 hour on medium flame
- Open the cooker lid
- Take it out
- Remove butter paper
- Turn it, Cut it
- It's ready. Enjoy;
