Carrot Salad
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Carrot-2,
- Capsicum-1/2,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Curry Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Coconut-1/4 cup,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Moong Sprouts-1/2 cup,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Black Salt
Method
- Grate carrot, coconut and ginger
- Cut capsicum, coriander leaves and curry leaves
- Take moong sprouts in a bowl
- Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, capsicum, ginger, coconut, carrot, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, black salt
- Mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
