Carrot Salad

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Carrot-2,
  • Capsicum-1/2,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Curry Leaves-1/4 cup,
  • Coconut-1/4 cup,
  •  Ginger-1 inch,
  • Moong Sprouts-1/2 cup,
  • Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Black Salt

Method

  • Grate carrot, coconut and ginger
  • Cut capsicum, coriander leaves and curry leaves
  • Take moong sprouts in a bowl
  • Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, capsicum, ginger, coconut, carrot, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, black salt
  • Mix it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
