Potato Masala Stuffed Idli
Note : tbsp stands for table spoon
Ingredients
- Rava (Suji)-2 cup,
- Curd-1 cup,
- Boiled potato-4 pc,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Curry Leaves,
- Salt,
- Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
- Oil-2 tbsp,
- Cumin Powder-1/2 tbsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tbsp,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tbsp,
- ENO-1 tbsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tbsp
- Take rava, curd and salt in the bowl
- Add water and mix it to make batter.
- Cover it for 10 minutes
- If batter is very still thick, add water and mix it
- To make the batter, Please add 1 cup of water to the every 2 cup of rava
- Add ENO and pour some water over it and mix it
- Don't put the batter too long after putting ENO.
- Make it immediately
- Now we will make potato masala.
- Boil potato in a cooker, take it out, peel it and mash it
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves, green chilli and curry leave and mix it.
- Now make small balls of the potato mix
- Now we will apply oil on idli plate.
- First we'll put a little bit of batter in it.
- Now in the middle of this we'll put potato masala
- And put some batter over it
- Add a little water to the Idli stand and heat it
- Now put idli stand and close its lid
- Cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
- Now take it out in a plate
- Put 2 spoons of oil in a frying pan and heat it
- Add mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves and turmeric
- Mix it and add coriander leaves
- Add Idli and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame after
- Now your potato masala stuffed idli is ready.
