Egg 65
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Egg-3 pc,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Curry Leaves-10 pc,
- Maida-2 spoon,
- Corn Flour-2 spoon,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
- Salt,
- Orange Red Food Color,
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Break the egg and take the stuff in a bowl
- Add salt and 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and mix it.
- Take a glass of water in the pan and heat it
- Now put the bowl with egg stuff on the water, cover it and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame
- Do not use plastic bowl.
- Keep it to cool down for a while
- Now take corn flour, maida, red chilli powder, salt and some food color in the mixing bowl
- Food color is optional, you can skip it
- Add some water and make a thick batter
- When Eggs are cool down, separate it from the side with the help of a knife and take out in a plate.
- Cut it properly into pieces.
- Now heat oil in a pan
- Put the egg pieces in the batter, dip it and put it in hot oil
- Keep flame medium
- Turn it and cook to the other side for 2 minutes
- When it turned golden in color from both sides, take it out in the plat
- Now put curry leaves and green chilli in frying pan and fry for one minute
- Mix it with egg 65.
- You EGG 65 is ready, enjoy
