Dates Dry Fruits Ladoo
Ingredients
Ø Dates-250 gm
Ø Dry Fruits
Ø Ghee-1 spoon
Ø Poppy Seed(Khus Khus)-2 spoon
Method
·
Grind the dates in a mixer
jar
·
Take it out in the bowl
· Add poppy seeds and roast it for one minutes on medium flame
·
Take out the poppy seeds in
a plate
·
Put a spoon of ghee in the
pan and heat it
·
Add dates, dry fruits and
some poppy seeds
·
Mix it and cook for 2 to 3
minutes on medium flame
·
When dates are a bit soft then
turn off the flame
·
Take it out in a plate let
it cool down
·
Apply some ghee in your hand
·
Take a little bit of this and
make a roll
·
Roll into the roasted poppy
seeds
·
Wrap it on aluminum paper
and keep in refrigerator for half an hour
·
Take out from refrigerator
and cut it.
·
Make it in different shapes
like circle, oval, flat etc
·
Put a little poppy seeds on
it
·
Now your ladoo is ready, Enjoy.
