Chilli Mushroom
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients;
- Mushroom-200 gm,
- Onion-1,
- Green Capcicum-1/2,
- Yellow Capcicum-1/2,
- Red Capcicum-1/2,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Garlic-10 cloves,
- Corn Flour-2 tbsp,
- Maida-2 tbsp,
- Salt,
- Chilli Flakes-1 tbsp,
- Pepper Powder-1 tbsp
For Sauce;
- Corn Flour-1 tsp,
- Tomato Ketchup-1 tsp,
- Chilli Sauce-1 tsp,
- Soya Sauce-2 tsp,
- Vineger-1 tsp
Method
- Take 200 grams mushroom, cut into 4 pieces and wash in hot water.
- Take maida, corn flour, pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix it .
- Add some water and make a thick solution
- Now heat oil in a pan
- Take mushroom one by one, put it in the solution (batter), coat it and fry it on high flame.
- Do not over cook the the mushrooms
- When colour is slightly changed, take it out in the plate
- Similarly, fry rest of the mushrooms as well
- Now take 2 spoons of oil in the pan and heat it
- Add garlic, green chilli and cook to it for 1 minute
- Add onion and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add green, yellow and red capsicums
- Mix it and cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
- Now reduce the flame and add 1 spoon vinegar, 1 spoon chilli sauce,1 spoon tomato ketchup and 2 spoon soya sauce, mix it and cook for 1 minutes on low flame
- Now take one spoon corn flour in a bowl, add half glass of water and make a thin solution and pour on the frying pan.
- Add fry mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add chilli flakes and salt and mix it
- It's ready, take out in a plate and enjoy;
