(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Boiled Chickpeas (kabuli chana)-1 cup,
  • Boiled Potatoes-2,
  • Cucumber-2 spoon,
  • Capsicum-2 spoon,
  • Onion-2 spoon,
  • Carrot-2 spoon,
  • Coconut-2 spoon,
  • Coriander leaves-2 spoon,
  • Tomato-2 spoon,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Sev-1/4 cup,
  • Roasted Peanut-1/4 cup,
  • Tamarind Chutney-2 spoon,
  • Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Black Salt

Method

  • Take boiled chickpeas in a bowl
  • Add boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, onion, carrot, coconut, coriander leaves, green chilli, roasted peanut, sev, 2 spoon Tamarind Chutney, 1 tsp fry cumin powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, black salt, lemon juice and mix it
