Soya chaat Recipe | Learn Soya Tikki Chaat in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | वेज सोया टिक्की चाट रेसिपी

Ingredients
- Soya Chunks-150 gms,
- Gram Flour-1/2 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Chat Masala-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Lemon Juice-2 spoon,
- Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt, cooking oil
- Boiled Potatoes-2,
- Curd-1 cup, Sev,
- Pomegranate,
- Tamarind Chutney,
- Green Chutney
Method
- Take soya chunk in a bowl
- Pour hot water in it
- Cover it and leave it for 15 mins
- Once it becomes soft, take it on your palm and press it to drain out excess water
- Now take it in a jar and grind it.
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, gram flour, 2 spoon lemon juice, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix it
- Apply oil on your palm and make ball
- Press it to give tikki shapt.
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Put soya stuff on pan and keep flame medium
- Turn it and cook from both the side.
- Take it out in a plate
- Take 2 piece tikki in a plate
- Add boiled potato, curd, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, black salt, fry cumin powder, red chilli powder, Green chutney, tamarind chutney, sev and pomegranate
- It’s ready. Enjoy
