भरवां टमाटर की ग्रेवी वाली आसान सब्ज़ी || Learn Stuffed Tomato in less than 4 mins || Terrace Kitchen


 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes-6,
  • Boiled Potatoes-2,
  • Onion-1,
  • Carrot-1,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Tomatoes-2,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Garlic-6 cloves,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp,
  • Cashew-15,
  • Coriander Powder-1and 1/2 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 and 1/2 tsp,
  • Salt and Oil

Method

  • Cut tomato on the top
  • Remove pulp from inside
  • Take boiled potato in a plate and add grated carrot in it.
  • Add green chilli, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt Mix it
  • Fill tomato with stuff
  • Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Put tomatoes in pan, cover it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
  • Turn it, again cover it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take chopped tomatoes, tomatoes pulp, cashew, garlic and ginger in a mixi jar and grind it
  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Add onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 cup water and mix it
  • Add salt and coriander leaves and mix it
  • Add tomatoes
  • Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • It's ready. Enjoy
