कम तेल में हेल्दी सोयाबीन कबाब | Learn Soya Kabab in less than 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Veg Kabab Recipe


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Soya Chunks-150gms,
  • Gram Flour-1/2 cup,
  • Onion-1,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Chat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Lemon Juice-2 spoon,
  • Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt and cooking Oil

Method

  • Take soya chunks in a bowl
  • Pour hot water in it
  • Cover it and leave it for 15 mins
  • Soya chunks will become soft.
  • Take soya chunk on palm and press it to drain out excess water
  • Take it in a jar and grind it.
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, gram flour, 2 spoon lemon juice, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix it
  • Apply oil on your palm and makes balls and press it 
  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it and put soya chunk ball.
  • Cook on medium flame on both side.
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It’s ready. Enjoy
