Ingredients
- Soya Chunks-150gms,
- Gram Flour-1/2 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Chat Masala-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Lemon Juice-2 spoon,
- Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt and cooking Oil
Method
- Take soya chunks in a bowl
- Pour hot water in it
- Cover it and leave it for 15 mins
- Soya chunks will become soft.
- Take soya chunk on palm and press it to drain out excess water
- Take it in a jar and grind it.
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, gram flour, 2 spoon lemon juice, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix it
- Apply oil on your palm and makes balls and press it
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it and put soya chunk ball.
- Cook on medium flame on both side.
- Take it out in a plate
- It’s ready. Enjoy
