Ingredients
- Potato-400 gms,
- Tomato-2,
- Onion-2,
- Cashew-15,
- Tajpatta-2,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Black Pepper-10,
- Cloves-5,
- Cardamom-2,
- Cinnamon-1,
- Royal Cumin-1/2 tsp,
- Curd-4 spoon,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and make holes using fork
- Take tomatoes in a jar
- Add cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves, green chilli, ginger, cashew, 4 spoon curd and grind it
- Take potatoes in a bowl
- Add stuff, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it
- Cover it and leave it for 15 mins
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp royal cumin, tajpatta and onion
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add potato and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on high flame
- Add 1/2 glass water and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 12 to 15 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame and serve it
- It's ready. Enjoy
