Ingredients
- Paneer-200 gm,
- Onion-2,
- Tomato-4,
- Fresh Cream-1 spoon,
- Bay leaf-1,
- Cinnamon-1,
- Cardamom-5,
- Cloves-5,
- Cashew-12 to 15,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Garlic-7 cloves,
- Red Chilli-2,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Fenugreek Leaves-1 spoon,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Sugar-1 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take 2 glass water in a pan and heat it
- Put tomatoes, cashew, ginger, garlic, red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook on high flame
- Then turn the flame medium and cook for 5 mins
- Turn off the flame and leave it for 10 mins to cool down
- Now Strain it
- Put stuff it in mixi jar, grind it and strain it
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add onion and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sugar and mix it
- Add water, cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add tomato puree and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon fenugreek leaves and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix it
- Add paneer and mix it
- Cover it and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon fresh cream and mix it
- Turn off the flame and decorate it with grated paneer
- It's ready. Enjoy
