पनीर लबाबदार | Learn Restaurant Style Paneer Lababdar in just 4 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Paneer Recipe


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Paneer-200 gm,
  • Onion-2,
  • Tomato-4,
  • Fresh Cream-1 spoon,
  • Bay leaf-1,
  • Cinnamon-1,
  • Cardamom-5,
  • Cloves-5,
  • Cashew-12 to 15,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Garlic-7 cloves,
  • Red Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Fenugreek Leaves-1 spoon,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Sugar-1 tsp,
  • Salt and cooking oil

Method

  • Take 2 glass water in a pan and heat it
  • Put tomatoes, cashew, ginger, garlic, red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and cook on high flame
  • Then turn the flame medium and cook for 5 mins 
  • Turn off the flame and leave it for 10 mins to cool down
  • Now Strain it
  • Put stuff it in mixi jar, grind it and strain it
  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add onion and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sugar and mix it
  • Add water, cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add tomato puree and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 spoon fenugreek leaves and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix it
  • Add paneer and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add 1 spoon fresh cream and mix it
  • Turn off the flame and decorate it with grated paneer
  • It's ready. Enjoy
