स्ट्रीट स्टाइल पनीर फ़्रैंकिए बनाने का तरीका | Learn Paneer Frankie in less than 5mins | Terrace Kitchen

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour (Atta)-1 cup,
- All Purpose Flour (Maida)-1 cup,
- Paneer-200 gm,
- Onion-1/3 cup,
- Carrot-1/3 cup,
- Capsicum-1/3 cup,
- Cabbage-1/3 cup,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Garlic-5 cloves,
- Corn Flour-1 spoon,
- Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt, Vinegar-1 spoon,
- Soya Sauce-2 spoon,
- Red Chilli Sauce-2 spoon,
- Cooking oil-2 spoon
Method
- Take wheat flour and all purpose flour in a bowl
- Add salt, 2 spoon oil and mix it
- Add water little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
- Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add paneer and fry it
- Turn it to cook from both the side.
- Take it out in a plate
- Now put garlic in pan, add onion and spring onion
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add cabbage, capsicum and carrot and mix it
- Add salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 spoon vinegar, 2 spoon soya sauce and 2 spoon red chilli sauce
- Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp red chilli flakes and mix it
- Take corn flour in a ball, add little water and make a thin solution
- Pour this in pan and mix it
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add paneer and mix it
- Add salt and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add spring onion and mix it
- Turn off the flame and take it out in a plate
- Make balls from the dough
- Take one ball, dust it with dry flour and roll it
- Heat frying pan
- Put it and cook on medium flame
- Flip it and cook other side too on medium flame
- Apply oil and spread it
- Flip it and apply oil
- Cook it till it turns golden in colour
- Take it out in a plate
- Take a roti and put paneer masala in the middle and fold it
- It's ready. Enjoy
