ओट्स इडली बनाने की विधि | Learn Oats Idli in less than 4 mins |Terrace Kitchen |Steamed Oatmeal Idli


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Oats-1 cup,
  • Semolina-1 cup,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Carrot-2,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Curry Leaves-12 to 15,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
  • White sesame-1 tsp,
  • ENO-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt and
  • Oil-1 spoon

Method

  • Take oats in a jar and grind it
  • Take it out in a plate.
  • Add semolina, curd and mix it
  • Add water and make a thin batter
  • Add carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves
  • Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt and mix it
  • Leave it for 10 minutes
  • Put water in idli stand and heat it
  • Grease idli bin with oil
  • Now add 1 tsp ENO and some water in batter and mix it
  • Put batter in Idli bin
  • Cook for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame
  • Leave it for 10 mins to cool down
  • Take one spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp white sesame, green chilli and curry leaves
  • Now put idli and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Turn it and cook other side too for a min on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
