Ingredients
- Oats-1 cup,
- Semolina-1 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Carrot-2,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Curry Leaves-12 to 15,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
- White sesame-1 tsp,
- ENO-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt
- Oil-1 spoon
Method
- Take oats in a jar and grind it
- Take oats powder in a bowl
- Add semolina, curd and mix it
- Add water little by little and make a thin batter
- Add carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it
- Leave it for 10 minutes
- Put water in cooker, put Stand, remove gasket and whistle
- Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
- Now add 1 tsp ENO and some water in batter and mix it
- Put oil in a pot, pour batter and tap it
- Put it in hot cooker
- Cover cooker with lid
- Cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium flame
- Take it out, leave it for 10 mins
- Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp white sesame, green chilli and curry leaves.
- Put just prepared Dhokala in it.
- Cut it as per your choice.
- It's ready. Enjoy
