ओट्स ढोकळा रेसिपी || Learn Oats Dhokla in just 4 mins || Terrace Kitchen || Breakfast & Snack Recipe


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Oats-1 cup,
  • Semolina-1 cup,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Carrot-2,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Curry Leaves-12 to 15,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
  • White sesame-1 tsp,
  • ENO-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt
  • Oil-1 spoon

Method

  • Take oats in a jar and grind it
  • Take oats powder in a bowl
  • Add semolina, curd and mix it
  • Add water little by little and make a thin batter
  • Add carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves
  • Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it
  • Leave it for 10 minutes
  • Put water in cooker, put Stand, remove gasket and whistle
  • Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
  • Now add 1 tsp ENO and some water in batter and mix it
  • Put oil in a pot, pour batter and tap it
  • Put it in hot cooker
  • Cover cooker with lid
  • Cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out, leave it for 10 mins
  • Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp white sesame, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Put just prepared Dhokala in it. 
  • Cut it as per your choice.
  • It's ready. Enjoy
