Ingredients
For Semolina Masala
- Semolina (Rava)-1 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Chana Dal-2 spoon,
- Urad Dal-2 spoon,
- Salt,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli-2,
- Curry Leaves,
- Coriander Leaves,
- ENO-1,
- Oil
For Chutney
- Peanut-1 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Curry Leaves,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli-1
Method
- Take peanut in a pan
- Roast on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 2 spoon chana dal, 2 spoon urad dal, 2 red chilli and curry leaves
- Cook on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Put peanut in a jar
- Add curd, green chilli, ginger, salt and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl
- Put it in a jar
- Add 1/2 cup water and grind it
- Now take 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp mustard, curry leaves and red chilli
- Put in the chutney
- Add coriander leaves and mix it.
- Chutney is ready.
- Now take semolina in a jar and grind it
- Take it out a bowl
- Add curd, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and masala and mix it
- Add water little by little and make a thin batter
- Add coriander leaves and mix it
- Leave it for 10 minutes
- Add ENO and 1 spoon water and mix it
- Heat a pan, put oil and spread it.
- Put batter, keep flame medium and cook it
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
