मैंगो पैनकेक रेसिपी || Learn Mango Pancake in just 2 mins || Terrace Kitchen|| Pancakes Without Eggs.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Ghee-2 spoon,
- Sugar Powder-5 spoon,
- Milk-1 & ½ cup,
- Mango-1
Method
- Cut mango into pieces
- Take it in a mixi bowl and grind it.
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add 5 spoon sugar powder
- Add mango puree, milk and mix it
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Grease pan with ghee and heat it
- Put 2 spoon batter and spread it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Apply ghee on it and flip it
- Cook other side too for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
