मैंगो पैनकेक रेसिपी || Learn Mango Pancake in just 2 mins || Terrace Kitchen|| Pancakes Without Eggs.


Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour-2 cup,
  • Ghee-2 spoon,
  • Sugar Powder-5 spoon,
  • Milk-1 & ½ cup,
  • Mango-1

Method

  • Cut mango into pieces
  • Take it in a mixi bowl and grind it.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl
  • Add 5 spoon sugar powder
  • Add mango puree, milk and mix it
  • Leave it for 10 mins
  • Grease pan with ghee and heat it
  • Put 2 spoon batter and spread it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Apply ghee on it and flip it
  • Cook other side too for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
