सुपर सॉफ्ट मैंगो मलाई केक | Learn Mango Malai Cake in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | No Cream, No Egg, No Oven


Ingredients

  • Mango-2,
  • Britannia Rusk Biscuits,
  • Sugar-2 spoon,
  • Milk-1 & 1/2 cup,
  • Corn Flour-1 spoon,
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon

For sugar syrup

  • Water-1 cup,
  • Sugar-1/2 cup,
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon,
  • Yellow food color-1 pinch

Method

  • Take mango in a jar
  • Add milk, 2 spoon sugar and grind it
  • Take 1 cup water in a pot
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar and cook on medium flame
  • Once sugar is melted, add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and 1 pinch yellow food color
  • Cook for 4 to 5 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame. Sugar Syrup is ready.
  • Take mango puree in a pan
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
  • Turn the flame low
  • Add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and mix it
  • Take 1 spoon corn flour in a bowl and add water to make thin solution
  • Add corn flour solution little by little and mix it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Once it becomes thick, turn off the flame
  • Put rusk biscuit in a pot
  • Pour sugar syrup, then mango puree
  • Again add rusk biscuit, add sugar syrup then mango puree
  • Tap it and decorate with chopped dry fruits
  • Keep it in Refrigerator for 2 hours
  • It's ready. Enjoy
