सुपर सॉफ्ट मैंगो मलाई केक | Learn Mango Malai Cake in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | No Cream, No Egg, No Oven
Ingredients
- Mango-2,
- Britannia Rusk Biscuits,
- Sugar-2 spoon,
- Milk-1 & 1/2 cup,
- Corn Flour-1 spoon,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon
For sugar syrup
- Water-1 cup,
- Sugar-1/2 cup,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon,
- Yellow food color-1 pinch
Method
- Take mango in a jar
- Add milk, 2 spoon sugar and grind it
- Take 1 cup water in a pot
- Add 1/2 cup sugar and cook on medium flame
- Once sugar is melted, add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and 1 pinch yellow food color
- Cook for 4 to 5 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame. Sugar Syrup is ready.
- Take mango puree in a pan
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Turn the flame low
- Add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and mix it
- Take 1 spoon corn flour in a bowl and add water to make thin solution
- Add corn flour solution little by little and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Once it becomes thick, turn off the flame
- Put rusk biscuit in a pot
- Pour sugar syrup, then mango puree
- Again add rusk biscuit, add sugar syrup then mango puree
- Tap it and decorate with chopped dry fruits
- Keep it in Refrigerator for 2 hours
- It's ready. Enjoy
