Ingredients
- Horse Gram (Kulthi Dal) -1/2 cup,
- Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp,
- Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Curry Leaves-1 spoon,
- Tamarind-3 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take soaked horse gram in a cooker
- Add 2 cup water and salt
- Close the lid and cook on high flame till one whistle.
- Now turn the flame medium and cook for 15 to 20 mins
- Turn off the flame and strain it
- Divide dal in two equal parts
- Mash one part dal
- Take one spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp mustard and curry leaves
- Add dal water
- Add 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp fry cumin powder, 3 tsp tamarind paste and mashed dal
- Mix it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add rest horse gram and salt
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add coriander leaves and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
