गर्मियों के लिए ख़ास ताकत बढ़ाने वाले लड्डू || Learn Energy Ladoo in just 3 mins || Terrace Kitchen


Ingredients

  • Desiccated Coconut-2 cup,
  • Cashew-1/2 cup,
  • Almonds-1/2 cup,
  • Makhana-1 cup,
  • Jaggery-1 cup,
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon,
  • Ghee-3 spoon

Method

  • Take cashew, almonds and makhana in a jar and grind it
  • Take 2 spoon ghee in a pan, heat it and fry the stuff.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
  • Add desiccated coconut and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Again take one spoon ghee in pan and heat it
  • Add jaggery and cook on medium flame till jagery is melted. 
  • Turn off the flame, and mix stuff
  • Add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and mix it
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Apply ghee on your palm and make ladoo
  • Its ready. Enjoy
