Ingredients
- Eggs-3,
- Garlic-7 cloves,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Spring Onion-2 spoon,
- Onion-1,
- Coriander leaves-1 spoon,
- Tomato-1,
- Butter-2 spoon,
- Corn Flour-1 spoon,
- Salt,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 spoon
- Vinegar-1 spoon
Method
- Break eggs in a glass
- Add salt and mix it
- Take 2 spoon butter in a pan and heat it
- Add garlic and ginger
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add onion, spring onion and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add tomato and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 2 cup water and salt
- Add 1/2 spoon pepper powder and spring onion
- Mix it and cook on high flame
- Add 1 spoon vinegar and mix it
- Add little by little egg solution in it and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on high flame
- Take corn flour in a bowl and add water to make thin solution
- Add corn flour solution little by little and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add coriander leaves and spring onion
- Mix it and turn off the flame
- It's ready. Enjoy
