दाल पूरी बिहार की खास रेसिपी || Learn Dal Puri in less than 4 mins ||चना दाल पूरी || Terrace Kitchen


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Soaked Chana Dal-1 cup,
  • Wheat Flour (Atta)-2 cup,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Salt and Oil

Method

  • Put soaked chana dal in a cooker
  • Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup water
  • Close the lid and cook on high flame
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl
  • Add salt, 2 spoon oil and mix it
  • Add water little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
  • Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
  • Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli
  • Cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add dal and mix it
  • Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • and mix it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame and leave it for 10 mins to cool down
  • Make balls from dough, fill stuff, fold from all sides and press it
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry it on medium flame.
  • Turn it and cook it till it turns golden in color from both sides
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
