Ingredients
- Soaked Chana Dal-1 cup,
- Wheat Flour (Atta)-2 cup,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take soaked chana dal in a cooker
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup water
- Close the lid and cook on high flame
- Then cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add salt, 2 spoon oil and mix it
- Add water in the flour and knead its soft dough
- Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
- Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli
- Cook for a min on medium flame
- Add dal and mix it
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame and leave it for 10 mins to cool down
- Make ball from dough, fill dal stuffing and fold from all sides
- Dust it with dry flour and roll it
- Heat pan, put it and cook on medium flame
- Flip it and cook other side too on medium flame
- Apply oil and spread it
- Flip it and apply oil
- Cook it till it turns golden in colour
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
