पके हुए केले की नयी रेसिपी | Learn Banana Halwa in just 2 mins | Terrace Kitchen |overipe banana recipe
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Banana-4,
- Jaggery-200 gm,
- Corn Flour-2 spoon,
- Ghee-4 spoon,
- Cardamom-1/2 tsp,
- Cashew-12 to 15,
- Raisins-12 to 15
Method
- Cut banana into pieces, put in mixi jar and grind it
- Take one spoon ghee in a pan and heat it
- Add cashew and fry it
- Take it out in a plate
- Add raisins and fry it
- Take it out in a plate
- Take one more spoon ghee in pan and heat it
- Add banana paste and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add jaggery and cook on medium flame
- Add one spoon ghee and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take corn flour in a bowl, add water and make a thin solution
- Add corn flour solution and mix it
- Add fry cashew, raisins and 1/2 tsp cardamom
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add one more spoon ghee and mix it
- Turn off the flame and serve it
- It's ready. Enjoy
