Ingredients
- Wheat Flour (Atta) -1 & 1/2 cup,
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) -1/2 cup,
- Butter-4 spoon,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Oil-3 spoon,
- Kalonji (Mangrella) -1 spoon,
- Baking Soda-1/2 tsp,
- Coriander Leaves-1 spoon,
- Salt-1/2 tsp,
- Sugar-1 tsp
Method
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add all purpose flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3 spoon oil, curd and mix it
- Now add warm water little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
- Apply few drops oil on your palm and mix it
- Cover it and leave for half an hour
- Apply little flour on your palm and make ball of dough
- Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it
- Sprinkle some kalonji, coriander leaves and roll again
- Flip and apply some water on other side
- Heat iron pan on high flame
- Put water side part down and turn the flame low
- Bubble will start appearing
- Now flip the tawa and put the roti side in flame.
- Once it is cooked properly, take it out.
- Apply butter on it
- It's ready. Enjoy
