सूजी वेज रॉल्स - सिर्फ 1 छोटी चम्मच तेल | Learn Suji Veg Rolls in less than 4 mins | Terrace Kitchen
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Semolina (Rava)-1 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Cabbage-1/4 cup,
- Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Pizza Sauce-2 spoon,
- Baking Soda-1/4 tsp,
- Curry Leaves,
- Red Chilli-1,
- White Sesame-1/2 tsp,
- Mustard-1/2 tsp and cooking oil
Method
- Take rava in a bowl
- Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, curd and mix it
- Cover it and leave it for 10 mins
- Now take cabbage in a bowl
- Add capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli
- Add salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder and mix it
- Apply oil on palm and mix it
- Make 2 balls and roll it
- Put 1 spoon pizza sauce and spread it
- Now put masala, spread it and roll it
- Close its mouth from the side
- Take 2 cup water in a pan and heat it
- Apply oil on a separate pot and put rolled stuff
- Put this pot over the pan filled with boiled water
- Cover it and Cook for 15 mins on medium flame
- Take it out and leave it for 15-20 mins to cool down
- Cut it into pieces
- Take one spoon cooking oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp white sesame, red chilli and curry leaves.
- Mix it with roll.
- It's ready. Enjoy
