कांजी वड़ा | Holi Special kanji Vada Recipe in less than 4 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Authentic Kanji Vada

stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
For Kanji Water
- Mustard Powder-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Black Salt-1 tsp,
- Asafoetida-1/4 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt-1 tsp,
- Water-1 litre
For Vada
- Moong Dal -1 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Salt and and cooking oil
Method
- Take water in a pot
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp asafoetida and mix it
- Close the lid and leave it for 2 to 3 days
- Take moong dal in a jar and grind it
- Add salt, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves and mix it for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, make vada from batter and put in the oil.
- Fry on flame medium and turn it
- Take it out
- Put the Vada in hot water
- Leave it for half an hour
- Take it out and press it to remove soaked water.
- Put it in kanji water
- Leave it for half an hour to one hour
- It's ready. Enjoy
