Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Milk Maid-1 cup,
- Milk-1 & 1/2 cup,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Fennel-1 tsp,
- Raisins-2 spoon
- For Sugar Syrup-
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Cardamom Powder-1 tsp,
- Water-1 cup
Method
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, raisins and 1 tsp fennel and mix it
- Add milk maid and mix it
- Add little bit milk and mix it
- Add 1/2 cup milk
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Put sugar in the bowl
- Add 1 cup water and heat it
- Sugar dissolves in water
- Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and 1 pinch yellow food color
- Food color is optional, you can skip it
- Heat the pan
- Put some oil on the pan and put the batter
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it and turn it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Turned golden color on both side
- Put it in hot sugar syrup and leave it for 2 mins
- Heat oil in the pan and put the batter
- Cook on medium flame and turn it
- Once it is turned golden in color on both side, take it out in a plate and put it in hot sugar syrup
- It's ready. Enjoy
