Valentine’s Day Cake


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Parle-G Biscuit-250 gms(20 rs.),
  • Milk-3/4 cup,
  • Sugar Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Gems,
  • Baking Powder-1 tsp,
  • Baking Soda-1/2 tsp,
  • Red food color

Method

  • Pre-heat the pan
  • Put salt in the pan
  • Put stand over it
  • Cover it and heat for 10 mins
  • Break the biscuit and put it in the jar and grind it
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add sugar powder,1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix it
  • Add some milk and mix it
  • Add 2 drops red food color and mix it
  • Now apply oil in cake tin
  • Put butter paper in it
  • Apply oil on it
  • Put batter and tap it
  • Put cake tin in the pan
  • Cover it and bake for 25 to 30 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Take out cake in a plate.
  • Remove butter paper
  • Put sugar powder and dark chocolate powder over it.
  • Put gems around it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
