Radish chilla
(Note : tsp
stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Radish-200 gms,
- Aata-1 cup(150 gms),
- Curd-1 cup,
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
- Green chilli-2,
- Ginger-2 inch,
- Ajwain (Carom seeds)-1 tsp,
- Kalonji (Mangrela)-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Oil
Method
- Take grated radish in a bowl
- Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, ajwain, kalonji, salt and mix it
- Add aata and mix it
- Add curd little by little and mix it
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Put some oil in a pan and heat it
- Put batter, spread it a and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Pour oil over it and Turn it
- Cook it on medium flame till it turns golden color on the in colour
- Once it is turned golden color on both sides, take it out in the plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
