Radish chilla

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Radish-200 gms,
  • Aata-1 cup(150 gms),
  • Curd-1 cup,
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Green chilli-2,
  • Ginger-2 inch,
  • Ajwain (Carom seeds)-1 tsp,
  • Kalonji (Mangrela)-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Oil

Method

  • Take grated radish in a bowl
  • Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, ajwain, kalonji, salt and mix it
  • Add aata and mix it
  • Add curd little by little and mix it
  • Leave it for 10 mins
  • Put some oil in a pan and heat it
  • Put batter, spread it a and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Pour oil over it and Turn it
  • Cook it on medium flame till it turns golden color on the in colour
  • Once it is turned golden color on both sides, take it out in the plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
