Paneer Franki

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Maida-2 cup,
  • Milk-1 cup,
  • Curd -4 spoon,
  • Paneer-200 gms,
  • Onion-1,
  • Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
  • Coriander leaves-1/4 cup,
  • green chilli-1,
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp,
  • Red chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cooking oil

Method

  • Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add green chilli and onion
  • Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add paneer, spring onion, coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala
  • Mix it and fry for 1 min on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Now take maida in the bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp sugar, salt, 2 tsp oil and 4 tsp curd
  • Mix it
  • Add some milk and make a thin solution
  • Now heat the pan and apply some oil 
  • Pour the batter into it and spread it
  • Turn the flame medium
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Apply oil on the top, turn it and cook till it turns golden in colour.
  • Take it out in the plate
  • Take a spoon of maida in the bowl
  • Add water and make a thin solution
  • Put paneer masala in the middle
  • Fold it
  • Apply maida solution and fold it
  • Apply both side maida solution and fold it
  • Heat pan and put oil
  • Put Frankie
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame, apply oil
  • Turn it, cook till it turns golden in color from another side
  • It's ready. Enjoy
