Paneer Franki
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Maida-2 cup,
- Milk-1 cup,
- Curd -4 spoon,
- Paneer-200 gms,
- Onion-1,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Coriander leaves-1/4 cup,
- green chilli-1,
- Sugar-1/2 tsp,
- Red chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Cooking oil
Method
- Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
- Add green chilli and onion
- Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add paneer, spring onion, coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala
- Mix it and fry for 1 min on medium flame
- Turn off the flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Now take maida in the bowl
- Add 1/2 tsp sugar, salt, 2 tsp oil and 4 tsp curd
- Mix it
- Add some milk and make a thin solution
- Now heat the pan and apply some oil
- Pour the batter into it and spread it
- Turn the flame medium
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Apply oil on the top, turn it and cook till it turns golden in colour.
- Take it out in the plate
- Take a spoon of maida in the bowl
- Add water and make a thin solution
- Put paneer masala in the middle
- Fold it
- Apply maida solution and fold it
- Apply both side maida solution and fold it
- Heat pan and put oil
- Put Frankie
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame, apply oil
- Turn it, cook till it turns golden in color from another side
- It's ready. Enjoy
