Lemon Rice

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

 
Ingredients

  • Boiled Basmati rice-1 cup,
  • Lemon-1,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Red Chilli-2,
  • Curry Leaves-12 to 15,
  • Peanut-1/2 cup,
  • Oil-2 tsp,
  • Moong Dal-1 tsp,
  • Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
  • Salt

Method

  • Take oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, peanut, red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and moong dal
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
  • Add boiled rice and ix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add lemon juice, salt and mix it
  • Turn off the flame
  • It's ready. Enjoy
