Lemon Rice
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
- Boiled Basmati rice-1 cup,
- Lemon-1,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Red Chilli-2,
- Curry Leaves-12 to 15,
- Peanut-1/2 cup,
- Oil-2 tsp,
- Moong Dal-1 tsp,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt
Method
- Take oil in the pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, peanut, red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and moong dal
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
- Add boiled rice and ix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add lemon juice, salt and mix it
- Turn off the flame
- It's ready. Enjoy
