Lal Saag Ka Laccha Paratha

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour-2 cup,
  • Red Saag, 
  • Ghee,
  • Carom Seeds(Ajwain)-1 tsp,
  • Kalonji(Mangrella)-1 tsp,
  • Salt

Method

  • Cut read saag
  • Take aata in the bowl
  • Add 1 tsp kalonji, 1 tsp carom seeds, Salt and 2 spoon ghee and mix it
  • Add red saag and mix it
  • Add some water and mix it
  • Leave it for 5 mins
  • Make balls
  • Dust it with little flour and roll it
  • Apply ghee on it
  • Put flour on the ghee side
  • Fold it
  • Apply some ghee on it too
  • Dust it with little flour
  • Fold it
  • Put little bit flour and roll it
  • Heat tawa
  • Apply some ghee on the tawa
  • Place the paratha on it
  • Cook it on the medium flame
  • Apply ghee on it and flip it
  • Apply ghee on it
  • Take it out in the plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
